Aims & Activities
We are a charitable non-profit organisation which uses football as a catalyst to improve the lives of vulnerable and homeless young people across the country.

More young people across England and Wales are becoming homeless with the situation getting worse.

A core reason for becoming homeless is long-term unemployment and youth offending.

Today, more than 1 in 7 young people (aged under 25) are unemployed in England with 1 in 5 young people currently experiencing homelessness.

Rough sleeping is viewed as the most visible and dangerous form of homelessness there is: up 169% since 2010.

Our nationally acclaimed flagship course, the Street Soccer Academy, provides a 10-week learning and development programme for 16-24 year olds (male and female), offering selected young participants a fusion of professional football coaching, growth mindset training, and employability-driven ‘Skills to Succeed’ workshops: all to enable course participants to be ready and able to move into Work.

Education or Further Training on successful graduation. We also run a Street Soccer Schools' programme over a 10-week period (for Primary & Secondary school students), providing vulnerable and disengaged students a mix of professional football coaching for health and well-being purposes, in addition to the training of a positive mindset, to help build confidence, self-belief, aspiration and emotional intelligence

Fundamentally, both courses use the power of football to help young people want - and be able - to make a change in their lives for the better.

The proven impact of both programmes instils greater confidence and self-belief in young people, improves their health and well-being, and empowers participants to take positive action and encourages them throughout to reach their goals, both on and off the pitch, and to inspire others to do the same.

A charitable non-profit organisation which uses football as a catalyst to improve the lives of vulnerable and homeless young people across the county, delivering personal development programmes for young people up to the age of 24, male and female.

The Street Soccer courses are free to attend, and provide a fusion of professional football coaching, skills and mindset training, and 1-to-1 mentoring support.
