STREET SOCCER 'HEALTHY WAY' PROGRAMME

We are  delighted to announce and alert you to our new ‘Healthy Way’ programme in partnership with Medway Council.


This is a FREE 12-week lifestyle course that aims to provide you with the information that can help you to adopt simple lifestyle changes to support your health and wellbeing.


Our Healthy Way programme will be delivered once per week (remotely via video link), with each weekly session lasting for 60 minutes and covering a different topic where you’ll learn simple healthy habits that you can use anywhere and which will last you a lifetime, such as eating a balanced diet, how to be more active, managing stress, the importance of sleep, looking after your general health, and how to stay on track.


Led by our Mindset & Wellbeing Coach, Simon Rogers, Simon’s personal mission in everything he does is to support people to effortlessly create both success and fulfilment in their lives.
