Mindfulness Course
An introduction to mindfulness mediation and informal mindfulness; learn how to:
Pay attention to the present moment
Accept and manage difficult thoughts and feelings
Duration 5-7 week course
Please note that currently, all our groups and courses are being run remotely. via zoom; however, we hope to return to in-person groups soon. Digital Inclusion Support- We offer a Tablet loan scheme for those unable to join in with our services due to a lack of equipment. We also offer technical support with basic IT Skills needed to access our services online.
