Coping with Life Courses

Three  separate psychoeducational courses designed to help people learn and develop coping strategies using cognitive-behavioral techniques:

Managing Depression

Managing Anxiety and Stress

Improving Self-Esteem Confidence and Awareness

Duration 5-7 week course


Please note that currently, all our groups and courses are being run remotely. via zoom; however, we hope to return to in-person groups soon. Digital Inclusion Support- We offer a Tablet loan scheme for those unable to join in with our services due to a lack of equipment. We also offer technical support with basic IT Skills needed to access our services online.
