Keeping the community to stay Active in mind and body. Workouts are done outdoors in different locations adding social elements to the group after our workouts at the weekend we go for breakfast or hot drink.

Arrange days out/night outs.

Weekends fitness walks as well and social events

Bringing the community together as well as adding social events . We are preventing isolation, loneliness, Mental Health, Obesity, Dementia, Diabetes, Blood-pressure, and any other chronic illness.

Walking workout consists of working on the upper body and lower body,
includes stretches which is for the upper body and lower body.
