Working with Involving Medway to deliver wellness sessions in the woods to help in combatting social isolation and improving mental health for participants from Medway and Swale.

We are making sessions available to residents of Medway and Swale over the next six months. These sessions are designed to group people together and create new social networks for residents that have struggled with social inclusion and poor mental health during the period of Covid-19.
