Commissioned by Medway Council Public Health service, the Sunlight Development Trust is working across Medway to deliver this scheme which supports local men stay well and healthy by getting together to share their interests and skills.
The Scheme focuses mainly, but not exclusively, on men over 25 who are not in work and retirees.
