Commissioned by Medway Council Public Health service, and run by the Sunlight Development Trust, the Medway Men in Sheds scheme supports local men to stay well and healthy by getting together to share their interests and skills.

The criteria for the scheme are men over 25 who are not in work and retirees.

Activities on offer through the week vary based on the interests and abilities of those attending.

Registrations to join the scheme are held on a Wednesday from 13:00 - 1500 pm.

All sessions (Music, Men’s Health & Wood Craft) are still operating but not face to face. Regular contact is through face book, telephone support and sharing regular relevant music and shedders videos for discussion within the groups. Smart Skills training continues via Zoom.
