Information and advice for asthma sufferers, their families and health professionals in Medway. The charity also works with GPs, hospitals and Asthma UK to raise awareness and knowledge of asthma. Monday: 09:00 - 12:00 Thursday: 17:00 - 20:00 Friday: 14:00 - 17:00
MASH continues to support those with asthma. We are offering one-to-one telephone consultations with our asthma nurse. All of our services are free. So if you need some support with your asthma, then please get in touch to book an appointment.
Our asthma nurse can reveiw your asthma, go over your asthma medication with you and inhaler/spacer technique, discuss your symptoms, help you with a personalised asthma action plan and discuss asthma triggers and hay fever.
We look forward to the return of 'face-to-face' advice sessions as soon as it is safe to do so, but in the interim telephone consultations will be available to anyone (new to MASH or seen before) as required.
At Medway Asthma Self-Help you can:
• See a specialist asthma nurse
• Have asthma allergy testing
• Have a lung function test
• Receive advice on treatment and using inhalers
