Sunlight Development Trust has teamed up with Gillingham Street Angels to bring an opportunity for  local people not currently in work to learn new skills and improve their employment prospects. The 12 week course in furniture restoration covers the ‘4Rs’ of furniture maintenance – Repair, Restore, Repurpose and Recycle – and will include practical training in working with wood, metal and upholstery.
