DESCRIPTION


Bounce & Burn is a good all-round fitness for any age and beginner. Only 4 people per group sessions or 121 home sessions. This can be done indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. Bounce-Burn Parties are available on request.

You can walk on the rebound or a gentle bounce or high intensity depending on everyone’s capabilities. Works the upper body and Lower body. It’s a fun way to help burn calories.

PRICE FOR GROUP SESSION

1 hour £7.50 per person ( 5 people per group sessions)

PRICE FOR HOME VISIT

1-2-1 £11:50 per hour depending on location
