We recognise that sports volunteers are the life of British sport and we run a sporting ambassador programme to help deliver high quality sport for all.

Our Medway Sporting Ambassadors play a vital role in delivering school sport, community sport and major international sporting events in Medway. They are also vital to running successful sporting competitions at local, county, regional, national or international level.

Medway's Sporting Ambassadors and young volunteers support a wide range of events organised and hosted Medway Sporting including:

International sporting events

Medway Mile, Big Splash and Big Ride

Mini Youth Games series

Competitive events such as the Medway Community sporting events and festivals
