Sahara is a community initiative based in Medway, UK. We are dedicated to helping South Asian people make the most of later life. We provide free companionship, social activities and advice for people who need it most.

Punjabi meal deliveries to your door - a service for those who struggle to cook at home.

Meals delivered to your door

Our free and confidential meal delivery service is for Medway residents who struggle to make food at home. Volunteers will deliver vegetarian Punjabi-style meals of lentils, curries and chapatis from the gurdwara to your home!
