The Wellbeing Care is an out of hour’s service which provides support and activities for adults with low to moderate mental health needs.

The Wellbeing Cafe service runs from 18:00 – 21:00 Friday.

Saturday 15:30 – 18:30 pm and 13:00 -16:00 pm on Sunday afternoons.

Registrations to join the Wellbeing Café are held on a Wednesday from 13:00 - 1500 pm.
