Healthy Way is a 11 week classroom based programme.
The course is designed for those who want to lose weight or for those who simply wish to learn how to eat a healthy balanced diet.
We cover different topics each week from the Eat Well guide, portion sizes, food labelling, stress management, ways to prevent type 2 diabetes, physical activity and information on heart disease and cholesterol.
Age Range – 18+
Most of our health and wellbeing services will continue to run during lockdown - either online or over the phone.
