Boxing 4 Parkinson's is a program designed to help improve the lives of the people in Medway that have Parkinson's and their carers.
This program is specifically designed, so all capabilities are able to access it. It is completely non contact, fun and challenging to improve coordination, fitness, strength, mobility and improve socialization.
