We have recently been working with the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support Service in Dartford delivering a Boxing 4 Alzheimer’s program.

We were approached by the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support Service after they had seen our fantastic results with our Boxing 4 Parkinson’s program. We delivered a couple of free tasters and then set up a six week program with them.

The program has been great fun for all and record breaking for us! Two of the participants are of the grand age of 88!! Each week we have seen improvements in mobility, coordination, strength & fitness.

It is fantastic that support organisations are seeing the benefits of Boxing Fitness and we are looking forward to delivering more programmes like this to help as many people as possible.
