Fortnightly friendly, virtual group with an emphasis on fun activities, information and chat. We usually have a chat and a short, just for fun quiz. Each person brings 5 quiz questions to the meeting and amongst the laughter we try to answer them!

We have had professional singers for listening to/singing along, a mindfulness talk, talk from GP Carers

 Co ordinator, quizzes etc. We are open to new ideas and would love you to join us. These sessions are for carers of any age and the person they care for.

No knowledge of getting on line required, we will help anyone who needs support prior to the meeting.

The cafe takes place every other Friday.
